As the creator and manager of this essential tool for all creators, I spearheaded the transition from Canva designs to an interactive, easily editable calendar using Google Sheets, revolutionizing our content planning product.

Interactive Content Calendar Development: Recognizing the need for a more dynamic and user-friendly content calendar, I proposed the adoption of Google Sheets. Leveraging my expertise in spreadsheet design and organization, I developed an interactive calendar that allows creators to easily input their content plans for each day. This interactive feature enables users to mark their content across different outlets and automatically tracks progress at the top, providing a clear overview of completion status by percentage.

HubSpot Management and Updates: In addition to developing the interactive content calendar, I took charge of updating HubSpot, ensuring that all relevant information and resources were accurately reflected in the platform. This involved maintaining consistency between the content calendar and HubSpot, streamlining communication and ensuring that creators had access to the latest updates and resources.

Promotional Materials Creation: As part of my responsibilities, I also created promotional materials to highlight the features and benefits of the new interactive content calendar. From informative guides to engaging social media posts, these materials served to educate and inspire creators to utilize the calendar to its fullest potential, ultimately driving adoption and engagement.

Through my efforts in developing the interactive content calendar, managing HubSpot updates, and creating promotional materials, I played a key role in optimizing LTK's content planning product, empowering creators to efficiently plan and execute their content strategies.
